Did you know that VIR already offers a wide selection of Revit models of its products on BIM and is constantly expanding its Revit model range? VIR was one of the early adopters of BIM (Building Information Modeling), as our company was always aware of the growing need for designers, engineers and architects alike for detailed digitalised models of their projects. The optimisation of digitalised models in the field of construction is of the outmost importance: a well-built digital building is the keystone of a successful cooperation between all the stakeholders of a project. Torre UnipolSai in Milano is a 120 meter high office skyscraper with rooftop greenhouse garden, the first of its kind in Milano, and designed according to energy-efficient parameters, with double cavities along the outer walls for improved temperature regulation, solar panels and rain water storage. Construction started in 2017 and is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2023. VIR will soon be exhibiting at VVSDAGENE, a Scandinavian HVAC trade fair which will take place in Lillestrøm, Norway. Here, HVAC suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, consultants and wholesalers are invited to take part as exhibitors, for 3 days of talks, exhibitions and presentation of the latest technologies. VIR will soon exhibit at Paris Interclima, an international trade fair for comfort and energy efficiency intended for all experts and companies involved in the HVAC sector. This year’s themes are: new constructions and renovations, collective housing, industrial buildings and individual houses. The March of the “Scienza Servizievole in Cammino” started its long journey from the Great St. Bernard Pass on June 13th and it will continue by travelling along the Via Francigena (an ancient road and pilgrimage route running from the cathedral city of Canterbury in England, through France and Switzerland, to Rome and further) for more than 90 stages, creating moments of reflection, conferences and congresses, where experts from the world of science, education, the arts and culture, and professionals from the scientific community, chaired by Professor Daniela Lucangeli – Professor of Developmental Psychology at the University of Padova and expert in learning psychology – will be involved.
